Jim Vivian is the member of our team that asks the most questions (someone has to). He thinks of our communities as extensions of his childhood sandbox. Now Jim’s sandbox was never like other boy’s and girl’s, even then his were always just a little more innovative and full creative features. Jim has carried this childhood dream into his current position and strives to make sure we are always ahead of the innovation, conservation, style, and marketing curve. In his previous life Jim worked with Arvida / Saussy Burbank and the Allen Tate Company in Charlotte. Jim received his education at Texas Christian University and the University of Mississippi.
